speculative grade liquidity rating
фин. рейтинг ликвидности спекулятивного уровня* (в рейтинговой системе агентства "Мудиз": рейтинг, применяемый при оценке способности эмитента генерировать за счет внутренних и внешних ресурсов денежный поток, достаточный для выполнения денежных обязательств со сроком погашения в ближайшие 12 месяцев; рейтинг присваивается эмитентам, которые по обычным рейтингам относятся к эмитентам спекулятивного уровня; в рейтинге выделяется четыре уровня, наивысшим из которых является "SGL-1", а наинизшим — "SGL-4")
